Hey! Before I tell you about this solution, let me introduce myself.

My name is Geoffrey Huck. I’ve been a developer for a decade, a business owner and a consultant. In 2022, I became the president of Toastmasters Strasbourg, and an executive coach, helping CEOs and consultants develop speaking and leadership skills.

If you look at me now, you’d think I’d always been super sociable and confident. That’s what I used to think too: people who are like this have been born like this. Either you’re born with it, or not. Got the wrong package? Too bad for you!

The truth is, I used to score on the extreme of the introversion spectrum. I used to be shy, nervous, anxious, every time a situation showed up.

I’ve had all those meetings in which I couldn’t say anything beyond a few words. When I spoke, it was because I was asked directly. I’ve had too many beers just to feel normal at events, and… slightly ashamed the following day. I lost too many days, procrastinating to avoid making a phone call or asking for something. All those opportunities lost to talk to interesting people. Oh… and waiting for my neighbour to leave the corridor before I could go out to get groceries…

For me it was rather extreme.

But that’s why I’m teaching those skills now. My life was unlivable. I had to change just to be able to live a normal life.

I decided to change when I realized things didn’t get better. I’ve waited for years already. Nothing changed. I felt blocked in my life and career, not because of my abilities, but because of my lack of confidence and low social skills.

I overcame it by forcing my way through. I used discomfort as a compass and did everything that scared me. Talking to the neighbour obviously, and to people in the street, going to events, traveling alone, speaking on stage, facilitating meetings, organizing events, and networking in 5-star hotels.

I did everything I was scared to do because I wanted to feel free.

Now I can tell you how amazing it is, when you’re finally able to do what you want, instead of choosing the default because everything else is inaccessible for you. To be able to choose… and have meaning flowing in your life…

To be honest with you, I didn’t know it was possible when I started. And I had no idea how long and hard it would be.

But the best gift of all, because I started from such a low place, I gained the ability to teach it to people no matter where they are.

Those skills make such a difference in what I can do and how I feel that I made it my life’s mission to teach them, to help people become confident and natural leaders.

I started by coaching executives and consultants, but I quickly realized that those who need those skills the most aren’t those who are at the peak of their career, but those who are wondering how to get there.

So instead of offering only high-end one-to-one coaching, I created Developer To Leader, a group coaching program to make this transformation accessible to people who need those skills the most. So they can live meaningful lives, reach their goals, advance professionally and impact the world.

3. Take the Leadership Posture (3 sessions). Be the one who initiates. By making propositions, organizing events and negotiating, learn to put and assume a leadership position.

4. Become a Natural Public Speaker (5 sessions). How you talk defines the extent of your power. Now it’s time to shine, on stage, on camera, in meetings or in one to one! You’ll speak with authenticity and convince big and small crowds.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Here’s our refund policy: you can ask for a refund at any time before session 4. If you think it isn’t worth it, I’ll reimburse you completely. No questions asked. But you have to attend the first sessions and do all the exercises provided.

How much time do I need to invest between the sessions?

To get the most value from the coaching, aim for 5 to 10 minutes of daily exercise, and one social event evening every week. You can also replace the evening with a lunchtime activity if that fits your schedule better.

What if I'm not available at the time of the session?

Before we start, I’ll ask everyone for their availabilities, so the slot will fit your schedule. If you have something unexpected that prevents you from being present, you can watch the replay.

Is it okay if I’m on holidays at some point during the program?

Being in a new environment can make it easier to break old habits. If that happens during the program, it’s actually a good thing!

My one-to-one fees for this type of coaching are normally $8000.

Of course, since we’re doing it in a group, I can lower this price.

But since I also want to offer the highest quality possible, I decided to limit the size of group to 6 people only. This way, I’ll be able to provide personalized guidance to everyone in the group.

What About VIP Treatment?

During my 1:1 coachings, I noticed that for some of my clients, it’s difficult to stay consistent week after week. And it’s hard to get back into it once you lose the momentum. Obviously, it limits their progression and the benefits they get from the coaching.

By experimenting, I found that their consistency improved and their results went up when I sent them personalized encouraging vocal messages. It helped them take action and accomplish their goals.

So if you order before May 15th, you’ll get an encouraging vocal message EVERY DAY to motivate you to take action, during the whole duration of the program. This is something I normally offer only to my VIP clients, but hey, I don’t see why I shouldn’t give you VIP treatment if you show me you’re decisive!
